Our No Worries return policy is simple and easy, if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase if you have not inflated the air bed. For details, read the policy below.
If you have received a mattress with a manufacture defect or your mattress will not hold air, and you are within the 30 day warranty, please call airbeds4less.com directly at 208-754-4773. We do require you to send the air mattress back to us. Airbeds4less.com will also explain the easy steps in order to get your Free Replacement Mattress. You cannot send your used mattress back to Airbeds4less.com or INTEX for a cash refund you must follow the return policy.

All Beds that have not been inflated or removed from it's box can be returned within 30 days of the original date it was received. When returning your unused merchandise please follow these simple steps:
- You must call 208-754-4773 to get a return athorization number; we do not accept returns without a return authorization umber.
- Print a copy of your original email invoice with a brief description and purpose of the return.

Conditions of Airbed Returns
- Merchandise must be received in it’s original unopened packaging.
- Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
- Shipping cost for returned merchandise is not refundable under any circumstances (Unless we made a mistake).
- A credit would be issued to original credit card used once returned merchandise has been received and conditions have been met.
